Control of Multi Agent Systems

In my 3rd semester, I took a class where I was the only (to my knowledge) M.S. in Mechanical Engineering. The final project I submitted for this class was a Webots simulation of 4 DJI mavic drones flying in synchronous patrols. I didn't realize the impact of the functionality at the time until I saw people adding the same with the use of A.I. Now I'm no opposer of technological advancement, I use Generative A.I. technologies on a regular basis, but I could not help but feel that the technology was out of place in some respect. If I am looking to save cost, as a client, I would personally opt for something reliable that doesn't need a G.P.U. to process instructions. Especially something that can be governed by a simple state equation.
